Every single aspect that contributes to make a venue successful, should be very well taken care of.
From concept, to beverage programme, from menu design to flavour balance and combinations, it is paramount to pay attention to everything that goes into the customer experience.
Recipes, trainings, glassware, and of course ice quality are some of the most important things to consider, and I am proud to say that, throughout the years, my name and my brand have become very well known internationally for the amount of detail and effort that I put behind it.
