When approaching a project in the making, where the concept has already been established and the shop drawings have been finalised, we would usually start our service from the "Cocktail & Menu Creation" stage onwards, and a period of 3 months before the actual on-site trainings is required.

Instead, when we are an integral part of the creation of the new hospitality concept, and we are involved from the "Concept Development" stage, it is ideal to start the collaboration 6 months prior to launch date.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Brainstorming, ideating, creating and implementing a World-Class beverage concept that aligns with the brand, theme and location. This encompasses all aspects from initial ideation to final execution.

MARKET
RESEARCH

Examining the present products/services available within the nearby market and recognizing the key participants operating both locally and regionally.

BRANDING
CURATION

Providing assistance in developing an authentic project identity by creating appropriate branding, language, and messaging.

BAR DRAWINGS

Presenting technical drawings and design works to create site-specific signature bar stations and back of house fit-out designs that optimise work flow and that in return will increase sales.

We strive to provide the bar team with top-tier training to refine their craftsmanship skills, while also offering ample inspiration to fuel their ambition and motivation.

Creating Manuals, Recipes, SOP’s, Stock Lists, Holy Book, Language, do’s/don’ts,

IMAGE STAGING

Assistance on identifying the image staging and direct the first shoot of the beverage offerings styling and delivery together with your appointed Media team

OPENING SUPPORT

Helping during the preparation leading to the opening date. From "mise en place" standards and set ups to batching and operational aid.

RETURN VISITS

Monthly follow up presence, quality checks, implementing adjustments and seasonal changes.
